Here’s mine. Sorry for being a bit last-minute.
Here is my entry for Toa Hagah Kualus. It was a long and arduous process, but the result could’ve turned out worse. Yes, I took heavy artistic inspiration from Randy Eliott and the '05 comics with the general hatching and absence of cross axle patterns. It was a bit of a learning experience, to say the least. The silhouetted Rahi in the background are, indeed, Ice Bats. I’d imagine they’d have Keelerak pincers for wings to get that 2005 look, but this competition isn’t about canonizing Rahi designs-- they’re just for show.

And here is the respective Kanohi.

I should quickly clarify that “Lavaman” is another nickname I go by, if you didn’t already dra…

Hi all!
Some of you may recall the Kualus I built back in 2018 for the G1 Toa Teams Community MOC Project .
With a rebuild, refinement and an update in order to fit with the new rules, my old, fluffy bird boy is back and better than ever!
This version plays off the fact that the Toa Hagah each had an affinity for a different kind of rahi. Kualus in particular had a love for flying rahi, and I wanted to integrate that into his design.
For the purposes of this contest, my submission is the digital version of this MOC, made in Stud.io .
I’ve included shots of a physical prototype as well, but as that one does not have full colour parity with the digital version it’s just to help with the breakdown shot, height comparison, and to show some poses more realistically.
A full instructions PDF …
The birds are coming the birds are coming the birds are coming the birds-
(Also sorry for being last minute. I didn’t think I’d have been able to enter mine at all until I got some help last night)

Here is my entry for all four.
Better late than never, I say! This is the first Bionicle MOC contest I’ve entered since 2006, tbh, so it was fun to hunt down what pieces I had and get to building like I did as a kid.
Without further ado…
Bomonga
[pose1]
This was the first model I built and my favorite (alongside Gaaki). I typically associate Toa of Earth with short and bulky designs, and while I kept that for the arms and armor I felt like the Rahkshi legs were a better fit, even if they made Bomonga on the tall end for an Onu-Toa.
Below, you can see the poses, the size comparison, and the breakdown.

Hey everyone! Just happened to be working on some Metru redesign right before this contest, so I thought I’d give this a shot!
[Kool-aid and HumungousBumongous]
I chose to depict Bomonga and Kualus with body-types that went against the typical choice for Toa of their respective elements. Toa of Earth are often burly and rough, while Bomonga is more tall and almost regal-looking. Toa of Ice are often built with skinny frames, while Kualus is the shortest of the Hagah.
I’ve built all the hagah around a year ago now, and the limbs and armor I’ve given them in this illustration are similar to that. The choice of armor pieces and color are paired. As the deputy, Bomonga sports the same armor as Norik. Kualus and Pouks have pearl dark grey armor, etc.

Here is Bomonga
[Bomonga_2]
[Bomonga]
He is meant to have a smol boye aesthetic so that it is a fun juxtaposition to his mask of growth. The Avohki’s on his shoulders are meant to be thematic and symbolic of how the Hagah rescued the mask of light from the Brotherhood of Makuta. He is silver because he is buildable in silver without painting parts and also cos black and silver kinda evokes stealth. You can make everything but the staff in flat dark gold though, although it would be expensive with the mask of light shoulders. He should be the exact height of Whenua metru head to metru head.
Feel free to change staff, mask, and armor color. I would prefer if armor stayed the same color so you could make it IRL but still consent to changing it. With the mask I would encourage ppl to get …
entry for bomonga will add kualus and then studio files for both by 11:59. sorry if me being last minute is inconvenient at all
all my files and pics for both entries were finished last night and are now in the topic

Here’s me, as always, with a terrible photos that are simultaneously overexposed and underlit. Despite being finished before the contest officially began, I’m only entering last minute because… I couldn’t really be bothered.

Other photos, including breakdown, can be found here: [IMGUR]
CHANGE COLOR? Nah
CHANGE MASK? Nope
CHANGE SPEAR? Yes. In fact, I recommend it.

Ok even closer to deadline now haha, well here we go, one thread now, added a render with their metallic feet (are they boots if they are armor? hmmm) Explanation is in the topic.
[Toa Hagah]
For the Toa Hagah I tried to make designs that would reflect what LEGO may have actually made as sets at the time, I even tried to limit myself to pre-2006 pieces (with a few exceptions). This way I would ensure that they would fit in with the two existing Toa Hagah sets. However, as they are recruits from various Toa teams, I tried to also work in details to make them at least a little unique from each other and reflect their powers or characters.
I initially created MOCs for the characters but that was before the official rules dropped, so I remade the characters in Stud.io for these final designs which I think was a good idea (however I have included the originals at the end). Please forgive my two mistakes: Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the Spinners in Stud.io . Also I t…

After a lot of procrastinating, I have finally completed my Toa Hagah:
These are my Toa Hagah entries. Breakdown photos have been provided in the form of full instructions.
The main goal of my design process was to give each Hagah a unique metallic colour that would make them stand out from other Toa. With that, let’s start with the one that stands out the most:
Pouks:
