Now does anyone know how to make a throne out of Bionicle weapons?

let me guess… you want to make the iron throne from game of thrones?

Correct for my self MOC to set on. I just think that would make an awesome display.

I agree, that would look cool. But that’s probably not a really good request, since the result depends a lot on what weapon pieces you have. Not everyone has accumulated the same weapons over the years.

Yeah now that I’m thinking about it it’s not a good request. But I will figure it out, and post it here we I do. And it will be groovy, cause if it’s not then I won’t post it.

Can I ask, what does it feel like to sit on that throne?

This won’t give you a lot of help, but imho to make the “sword throne” you could use a lot of Brutaka’s blades for the sides of the backrest and put a Jaller Mahri sword on the top of it. For the sides of the seat and the armrests you could use some Lewa Nuva swords or those blade pieces which Dalu uses.

can we post system howTos on this, because that could help a lot of people’s other mocs and I also don’t want to make a separate topic for it

I have a good design that I used many times with many iterations, it is so versatile that you could use it on a ton of MOCs and keep the design changing… Is it OK to upload the tutorial for it? @Chronicler or @legomaster1378 ?

That’s why this topic exists. Why are you asking for permission?

Yeah just post it man, I want to see this.

'Cause it’d be self advertising

Anyways: Here is my bootleg instructions for the head I use most on my MOCs (8 of them to be exact.)

I Paint-ed all of the arrows, to illustrate where, what and when.

That is real groovy man.

Does anyone have any painting tuts? As in what colors work for what lego colors, how to get the paint to look good, some extra techniques to give the piece a specific look, etc.

Not legal builds, but it would be useful.
