If Miru*DeMask had wiring strung up, why did he not take it back when he escaped?

BlueCel: Not that I know of, however I DID run into that Risebell guy before the sets were stolen. He was right in this room, too. Maybe you should go ask him. Almost everyone knows Risebell.
