Lol, thank you I’m not quite willing to part with him, though I do wanna put him on LEGO Ideas, so if when I do so he gets enough support then you can buy him from LEGO I’ve also been meaning to do a piece count of him and your post made me sit down for a min or two. I got to 162 on just the arms and gave up I’ll see how much he’s worth later. I don’t think gratitude will pay my bills or give me food to eat, so I fear that’s not sufficiant payment I’ll be sure to take more pics of him being rode into battle as I update him. I’ll be adding 2015 parts soon, I just have to convince myself to take Lewa and PoJ appart and then I have to set up my photo taking set up again, twas taken down.

I haven’t posted an update in far too long (probably due to having moved)

Anyway, I added some 2015 parts to him. shrug nothing major, tho I do intend to do some rebuilding of the rear/tail area. His tail can’t pose much and it breaks off too easy in a couple places.

So, I have a query for all y’all. I assume you all know what “Conflict in a box” means. As I’ve said before, I intend to enter my Compy to Lego Ideas*. The Compsognathus Longipes is known from 2 almost complete skeletons. One of them had a small lizard in it’s tummy. So, should I include the “Conflict in a box” concept? I would basically make room in the Compy’s stomach for a smaller MoC that can fit in there and be taken out and have the Compy chase him around.

*I’ll likely do this around the time when Jurassic World comes out so people are thinking of Dinosaurs anyway. I’ll also see if I can’t get Ven to Spotlight him around that time as well, so as to get a boost from TTV’s subs. With those two things together I hope to get off to a good start

Quck update:

I edited his tail so it can move more and it’s a lot stronger of a connection (next to impossible to pose up sadly due to balance) and I will likely update him some more with Onua’s pieces soon. Enjoy!

Hello world! Just posting to let you know this is still actively(ish) being worked on. I just took a few low quality photos with my phone and added them to the imgur album in the post directly above. I am working on seeing if I can’t improve on the tail and legs, plus I’m attempting to find a way to pose the head more (images for head movement prototype device thingy coming sooner or later )

Also, for those of you who don’t know for some reason, I am going to try and have Compy as perfected as possible by the time Jurassic World comes out and I’m then going to put him up on Lego Ideas, so any suggestions you have to improve him for that sort of thing I’d gladly accept.
