Miyaka, the Blazing Wind

The youngest of three “siblings,” Miyaka comes off as very cold and quiet, when in reality, she has trouble speaking to others. She is rather lucky she often has Brionn to help her out as needed. In reality, she has a big heart and desire to protect those who cannot, feeling it is injustice to harm innocents or those who dedicate themselves to defend others.

Miyaka wears a Hau and wields two large swords. The Blade of Aldamar (silver) and The Blade of Vegnus, named after the two Great Beings who created her and her siblings. She is known to fight with speed and ferocity, which has earned her the nickname “Blazing Wind.”

Miyaka has a weird origin, because she was actually a G2 character I made who I wanted to MOC. But I lacked pieces for that. So I made a G1 Miyaka, even though there obviously was none. The G2 Miyaka looks and acts much like her G1 counterpart, although their origins are different. So this one is based off a character I made for a story I don’t know if I’ll ever finish. In turn, she and her siblings’ story is one I don’t think will ever be written.

Sad about their story not being written. It sounds quite interesting.

It would have been interesting. But I no longer have the time and motivation, and apparently my writing is horrible anyway and no one wants to read anything by me.

If you want to know the general idea for all 3 of them, it takes place in the G1 universe on Spherus Magna with all the chaos going on. These three wake up around the time Marendar wakes up. The first thing they do is steal back the Vahi. Then they face Marendar, who they were actually meant to destroy, as Aldamar and Vegnus did not agree with the idea of destroying Matoran Universe inhabitants, seeing them as living beings. Miyaka especially holds onto that belief that all life is beautiful and all beings deserve to enjoy it, which is why her swords are named after them in addition to being crafted by them.

No Toa can stand up to Marendar, but the three of them are not Toa, but rather extraordinary gifted individuals who rely on their weapon skills and mask powers alone. Their story would have ended with them destroying Marendar and using the Masks of Time/Space, Life, and Creation (Artakha would’ve died in this story) to truly set things right in the world.
