Pohatu Revamp

It’s pretty decent. The burnt orange and dark tan don’t fit in as well though.
Pretty solid

It’s not too drastic of a change, but still rather questionable.

The figure does scream Pohatu, but things are still rather off. Those CCBS shell doesn’t blend with the arms and I wish there was more to him since the front and back is bare- (but it could be worse with only the ccbs torso)

This is better then I expected it to be. The gray and trans bones don’t fit in very well, and neither do the burnt orange or dark tan shells. But good work.

While I do agree with all the above (also adding that the torso seems kinda short for his build) I, for some reason, really like this build so far.

Kinda makes me think that he’s from some alternate timeline, like a ‘corrupted’ or damaged one, where something happened that messed up the world, resulting in the Toa’s (and most likely other beings) being mutated. Which could explain his lanky build and ‘strange’, ‘glowing’, green arms… Kinda want to see the rest in this style now…

The build works very well, and this is obviously Pohatu. Brown is one if the hardest colors to work with also, so the fact that you found so many of these parts in the matching shade is impressive.
The problem is the CCBS elements. If they are going to be there, I would have preferred to use the tan that matches the foot extensions, and I probably would have simply used black bones. The new Star Wars shinguard pieces come in that color as well, which could look really good on the forearms and the shins.
Suggestions suggestions! Hope that helps and isn’t just a pain! :+1::+1::+1:
Also! I love the Ikirr revamps in the back! Those are sweet!

I don’t know why I like this so much, but I just do. I guess it has something to do with Pohatu being my favorite character. Anyway, you pulled this moc off really well. I can’t wait to see who you revamp next.

You’ve added too many random colors to pohatu. Frankly the ccbs doesn’t mix well with the g1 constraction parts in this moc.

I like it but not the orange

I like my idea.

What?

I choose ignorance of oddities over my own ideas.
