I wasn’t very impressed with it to be honest. Sure, the animation is cool, but the story and characters kind of fall flat.

I personally loved the characters. It was fun to watch them grow

Grow to… what? I barely even understood what the character’s personality is from the first few episodes. They seem very one-dimensional to me.

I don’t know, I just really enjoyed watching some of the subtle things, like Pigsy caring for MK, MK gradually learning to become more patient and focused, Mei embracing her family, and so on.

you mean like LEGO TV show subtle, where it’s incredibly blatant that that was their chosen character arc, or legitimately subtle?

I feel that there was some subtle character development, particularly with the villains. I don’t want to say anything, in case I spoil it.

Look, I just really liked the show, so I’m probably biased
