I’d say Liberty Park, too. Plus all the times I’ve driven past Pioneer, it’s been circled by police cars and officers.
I would think it would be a little late to change the location, at this point, considering it’s already been advertised in a video (albeit a lesser-watched video like VNOG).

My mom said that there’s lots of homeless people at Pioneer Park, so I checked on Google Maps, and sure enough, on street view, there was a homeless person right next to the camera. But yeah, Eljay’s plan seems the safest.
