but I feel like it feels like a separate discussion to me
I enjoy cooking a lot
especially when it comes to trying your own recipes
for example
I can make a killer scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, banana + egg “pancakes”, and egg fried rice If you’re gonna eat four dozen eggs a day like Gaston might as well have fun with it

I love cooking, but I hate it. I love it just because of what it is, a combination of creating, art, and food.
At the same time I hate it because I work as a cook at a local restaurant and each and every day I work is the longest and worst day of my life…
No pics to show yet, maybe some time. But I have a breakfast I love to make, it’s basically just three scrambled eggs and two pieces of buttered toast cut in half diagonal. I would share what I call it, but it has a…political air to it…
Tagliatelle, topped with a lamb chop, then covered in a tomato sauce (with a red pepper and lamb stock for added flavour) served with a mixed leaf salad and drizzled with a small bit of olive oil.
I made this meal for my mother and grandparents, they both loved it.
One thing I wish I could’ve improved on though was the type of lamb, it was going to be lamb shanks, but sadly I could only get my hands on lamb chops, I believe it would’ve worked out greatly either-way.
