honestly, the color scheme is too cluttered. clear orange, metru red, mata red, orange, yellow, silver, and black just make the design look too busy. on top of that, the colors seem strewn all over the place, with not that much thought put into the color layout.
as for the build itself, the upper arms and torso look rather puffy, and way too bulky for the regular sized legs/ either shrink down the bulk of the upper torso, or extend and bulk out the legs.
also, try and replace the purple on the chest. it ends up standing out out too much and looks distracting.
