What are the rules on magitech? And how much magic is allowed, exactly?

Rules as in what exists or what is allowed for your character? As long as nothingās too OP then it should be fine, although if itās too high-tech itāll have to be tweaked.
I should clarify that in the setting, magic is common in the form of magitech, less so as used by an individual.

so the issue is thereās no official signup for the verdant paladin so I have no idea what the verdant paladin looks like or why heās called the verdant paladin
I mean if the verdant paladin is the verdant paladinās birth name then kudos to the verdant paladinās parents

He is an almost 7 foot tall man with huge muscles and rough greenish skin. His skin also has vines of darker green running through it. He is clean shaven and has piercing green eyes. He has long blond hair and a crown of thorny vines on his head. He wears brown pants and a belt where he keeps his two hand axes. He doesnāt wear shoes or a ā ā ā ā ā . His axes are elegant and have golden designs of vines engraved on their blades (the rest of the blade is green). He has a rugged looking face and is just overall incredibly intimidating. Thatās pretty much it
