Try 20km bigger in diameter (that’s Canon) If it were 10x bigger, it would be the size of Earth (roughly) and it defo isn’t
That ain’t Canon, the second it’s 160km in diameter. Lucas even admitted he messed up the scale there drastically. And the image is the first death star any way, so still way off in scale
well, most of the modern canon sizes I know of is from the CANON book lost stars,
get it on audible or at a store
It’s Canon on Wookieepedia.
what is? and I just checked the sizes on there, you were correct
Why not? Plenty of people still buy DVDs–including myself. Besides, even if we take DVDs out of the equation, my point was that the people who were moaning and groaning about TFA will likely still buy it when it comes out, whether they buy it digitally or in physical form…hence the hypocrisy of their judgments.
I buy the digital+blu-ray combos
I like to have physical copies of movies, games etc.
Ah, I see…well, most DVDs come with both nowadays anyway…
I just find it amusing that someone who hates a movie for (insert multiple reasons here) would still watch it multiple times in theaters and then purchase it, simply because it’s Star Wars.
Oh, trust me, I know. Half of them are obvious trolls…it’s the other half that make me the sickest.
Edited title -legomaster
Um Legomaster.
This is supposed to be for ALL the films in the Anthology films…
I’m going to change it back.
Because that change was not only unnecessary, it takes away from the FULL purpose of this topic: to discuss all those Star Wars anthology films being produced.
So…
Edited Title Back. -Chronicler
Good gracious, I can’t believe how many comments I’ve seen saying, “Why is the Empire building another Death Star? Get new ideas guys.”
People…look up the movie. It’s pre-ANH. This is the first Death Star.
Next trailer it’ll be “Whthfhdjndg?! How is Darth Vader still alive?!?!”
Man those nerds who don’t know anything. Do your research before going on a rant.
Personally I think it’s funny because people are trying to sound smart with their complaints but in reality they look more dumb.
Okay yeah, sorry. I just thought it’d be better to label this as a “Rogue One” topic to make it easier to find. Most people don’t think of this next Star Wars movie as “an anthology film”, especially since that term is nowhere in marketing for it. In any case, your topic, your title. Would it be better to create an independent Rogue One topic?
People are actually saying that? Aren’t the OT Stormtroopers a good enough hint?
That being said, the trailer isn’t super clear on what time period the film is set in.
