Dolphus when he finds out he has to bring the person back too, and probably find some way to pay them.

Can confirm Kitty exists, little upset from the crash, but definitely still exists

We hit 1,000 posts in the rp not too long ago, and to celebrate I reread every major scene Dolphus cried his guts out in :goo:

Yeah, I think so???

Life Magic is plants/animals focused

Ice Magic is well, you make ice and stuff

It is in fact innate, well basic Magic is innate, an aspect (Ice, Fire, Life, Death. Often comes from where you were raised, what god you worship, or occasionally just random chance)

Yes, one of the 4 main gods in the Pantheon

Fire
Ice
Life
Death

These 4 are the ones that are ascendant over the many minor gods (They also all hate each other)

I mean, it can’t turn say, a Dandelion into a potato (Without turning the magic user into a roman candle), but it can certainly increase a plants yield, if it’s already edible

As example: @N01InParticular’s character Alexis is from the Summer Isles, the region associated with Fire, and where the rp is majorly set (we’ll be heading elsewhere). The Legion are the inhabitants of the northern continent, and they’re most associated with Ice.

Alexis is quite adept at Fire magic, but it’s implied she’s had some tampering by unknown forces to make her more proficient. @Winger’s character Nico (rest his soul :pensive:) was also a native but didn’t stay in the government-sponsored magic school for very long and isn’t as proficient.

I’m not Winter so don’t take my word for it

But it would be assumed that if you had the resources per se to make a plant that is considered food, you could make that plant produce food- oh wait there’s Winter and he said basically the same thing nice :sunglasses:

Let’s just say that my Ari posting at the time facilitated it because I am such a good and amazing writer :relieved:

(Ignore that I was gone for 9 months, Cornbolt I’m so sorry you won’t have to wait that long again )

I’ll give my thoughts on this later likely. Running on Zero Sleep in an Airport, don’t worry I’ll help ya tweak it to something that fits the general world/vibe while sticking close to what you want out of the character.

I may not be Winter, but I am a menace to society :goo:
So take my feedback as less of an official statement and more as reasons I was banned from 39 countries :eye: :eye:

Serious Anesthesia has a pretty big problem, one I don’t think he’ll be able to get in with (imo). It’s a very similar one to Cobalt’s character, Annabelle Costello, but Annabelle is riding on lies to make up for it (for now).

I’ll explain what I mean.

Sethiris’s primary background is having an obsession over certain reptiles. His knowledge on them is essentially worthless as he knows barely more than the layman.

Serithis has a melee range of his arm length plus half an inch for the thorn.

This puts him as the worst combatant on the vessel and only barely above the unarmed, untrained civilians loitering in the background of certain scenes. With a reasonable amount of clothing, Sethiris’s only offensive weaponry are rendered moot.

Sethiris has an unspecified amount of clothes with unknown appearance along with a cloak.

Sethiris has no job skills outside of general cooking knowledge and the ability to look around.

Sethiris displays mentally unstable behavior with no correlation between cause and effect, breaks into people’s houses to rob then in a lizard outfit, and chose to burn down an entire building because someone was cutting open already dead lizards.

To summarize, he has no background, no useful or applicable knowledge, no legitimate weaponry, no armor or even specified attire outside of a cloak, no skills to speak of, no sense of responsibility for his actions, and holds no position on a ship.

In short, he has nothing. :pensive:

Now there’s other issues I’m sure Winter will address, but this is a pretty critical one. It’s not all bad; he’s got a lot of potential for a character coming from an entirely different continent and having been tortured. But there’s also a lot that adds nothing to his character and doesn’t serve either the main plot or his own personal story.

Couldn’t be me if Belle gets in, can’t wait to have her swing a sword around wildly like a circus performer turned rebel mistakenly believed to be a notorious Robin Hood-esque outlaw who currently isn’t under a witch’s spell to be the greatest with a blade :goo:
