Quick question: How many pieces are used from LoSS? I don’t plan on putting him back together any time soon 
I was wondering, can anyone show how the chain of masks is connected to the build and how the masks are attached to the chain?

I can’t say for certain since I don’t own him. But I easily managed.
Unfortunately, TRU is now the only store I know that will have them, and the old toy shops here have been replaced by the FUNKO pop/blind box setups.

You know whats weird? Where did Makuta get his JtO body? I know he was “obliterated” and than him and the whole Capital were sucked into the shadow realm due to the MoUP opening a portal to it, and Ekimu smashed the mask to shut the portal. So Makuta was maskless and bodiless in the shadow realm.
My current theory is Makuta controlled several civilians and skull warriors and such to build a makeshift body for him. Once he got that he probably created a sort of “Makeshift MUP” to where on his face. I might be missing something here if so please explain.
EDIT: Ekimu did not smash the mask. He knocked it off Makuta’s face and then it blew up because it cannot remain intact for very long due to it’s power.
Not in the UK. We only have lego.com, amazon (heck no thanks) or ebay (dodgy as dodgy can get sometimes) for summer sets

We don’t know much about the shadow realm, so he could have made another mask, or he had it in the shadow realm, and the elements don’t seem to work in the shadow realm.

Wasn’t it established that the other elements didn’t work in anything related to the Shadow Realm? So, that would leave the only element left in the MUP as Shadow. Perhaps making it wearable, or at least some form of it, within anything to do with the Shadow Realm.

I dont get how so many people are getting deals on sets. I just went to my local walmart and toys r us and all the sets were at full price 
plus, at walmart i spent 5 minutes just finding the sets alone under a shelf, then i went to TRU and they only had one umarak the destroyer, and had none of the beasts except lava beast

I know the feeling, here in Hungary the sets are still at full price, even the 2015 ones that still left over, though I can only buy from Tesco, InterSpar, if we don’t count online stores that are often cheaper than the actual stores even with shipping (in country)

If you’re at Wal-mart, try price-matching, searching specifically under my store on the wal-mart web-site turned up bionicle sets to $3-5 average.

I don’t think his body was destroyed, the city wasn’t, I think his body was mutated and corrupted by the shadow realm.
guys i think if you are gonna get a MoUP
buy the white one and spray paint it yourself.I’m pretty sure that’s the best bet to get a “set” accurate version.

Do spray paints come in pearl gold color or just dark gold?
I’m planning on buying metallic gold spray paint, which I’d say is the most accurate bet but I haven’t tried it out yet.
Some people on youtube said that lego will release an official instructions for Makuta idk if this is right or no

I doubt it. However, I have my doubts about it.
