I got Muaka and Kane Ra complete over winter break
Dekar and Stronius as well not too long ago. One of Stronius’s hands cracked, but thank goodness for Bricklink.
Currently, Dekar laughs at Stronius’s absence of a hand.

If they are fakes, contact EBay and inform them of the situation. They should be able to help you out. Plus the guy just sending you your money back is way more beneficial for him than a potential court case or being removed from the site.

i don’t think i can, because the torso peices i used for Laval broke, and thus i don’t feel like i can return them.
by the way, Fangar is apparenly one of the most hard to find Constraction figures from Chima, not only is he not avalable on Bricklink, the only set with him on Ebay, is the one i bought and he is reallly pricy on Amazon from other retailers… Which because they are all based in Japan, makes me fear that they too are bootlegs.
here are by the way, the ebay pages for these sets. According to my dad, he does not see anything wrong and is stating that there was no false advertisment of them and that this is my own fault.

Ah, there is the issue. It’s never explicitly said that they are Lego. Rather, that they fit Lego (which is usually a sign of a knock off). You’re father is right, there isn’t any “false advertising” technically. I’m sorry that this happened to you but now that I see the pages it appears you can’t do anything.
