As I keep drawing this comic, I decided to write up some WorldAnvil articles to organize some information. (For example, will be posting the K-Intune Articles on there just for sake of better archiving.) However, here is also some context to some of my interpretations of celtic myth.
They’re basic on information rn, don’t want to spoil too much and they serve more as summaries.

I like this! I enjoyed the slower pace of this issue, along with the introduction of the various law-enforcement characters. I wonder if the detective will continue to appear in other issues?

Scripting, storyboarding finished. Already penciling the first few pages of issue 7! I hope to get the comic released early or mid November.

“Doctor Plague” releases virus at the Annual Spring Gala, demands ransom

Hundreds of people have suddenly fallen ill to a mysterious new virus during an attack the Annual Spring Gala. On the night of March 30th, the gala was attacked by a mysterious man wearing a plague doctor costume, who filled the building with sleeping gas mixed with a pathogen called “Bubonic X”.
When police arrived, they found the dead body of Dr. John Keller, the host of the event, on the convention stage. He is reported to have died from an overdose from a chemical that was injected into his body. After his death, the masked man left a note, calling himself “Doctor Plague” and demanding a ransom of 10 million dollars for a cure.
Security camera footage shows that Emerald-Man arrived at the scene of the crime, intercepting Dr. Plague and his gang. Some speculate he was among the many who was infected. He disappeared before the police arrived to the scene.
According to Detective Jackson McGee, Dr. Plague is reportedly the same man behind the homicide of Horace Palmer, who died from anthrax asphyxiation. Police speculate his true identity is Kevin O’Reilly, the fugitive medicinal chemist who used to work at Advanced Medical Solutions.
“If he is indeed O’Reilly,” District Attorney Jude Eshell replies, “the motives behind the killings are clear: a desperate man looking for a way to escape prosecution for his malpractice. He is quite clearly mad.”
Currently, the Keller Medical Center is holding many of the victims of the attack in it’s emergency room, and is quite overwhelmed. If you believe a loved one was a victim of the attack, K-Intune suggests reaching out to the police department. Currently visiting hours are closed at the hospital to address the crisis.

Widespread FR-20 Virus Vaccine faces recall; Advanced Medical Solutions under investigation.

The Food and Drug Administration sent out a mass recall yesterday for the FR-20 Vaccine after it uncovered evidence of Advanced Medical Solutions using dubious testing methods as well as unapproved chemical sources.
According to David Jones, an FDA spokesman, “We got a tip from an anonymous source that the vaccine was not properly tested by FDA guidelines. When it was peer reviewed within the company itself, it was believed that the head of the project, Dr. Kevin O’Reilly, overstepped his authority and made false claims that the vaccine had already been tested. When this was further investigated, it was indeed true, but it was done on unwilling human test subjects. Not only this, but O’Reilly covered up the exact process in which he developed the vaccine.”
“In fact, the FDA had found traces of a silver-based compound used within the vaccine after many doctors had reported strange side effects. Such as the fact that many found themselves completely immune to other illness and ailments, but at the cost of their bodies killing crucial bodily bacteria. As such, the FDA issued a recall to avoid any more cases of physical harm.”
Though the FR-20 virus has killed millions across the nation, President Dixon has approved of the recall during the period of lockdowns. In the meantime, the president has mentioned the alternative company, Caveyar Medicinal Branch, also has a vaccine on the market that has been FDA approved. Already Caveyar Industries has begun widespread distribution of their vaccine.
Advanced Medical Solutions is currently undergoing further investigation and may find themselves accused of mass malpractice.

Question folks: I want to know what you readers desire to ultimately see. I have two stories in mind, both of which are going to be made. But which story would you ultimately want to see first:
- The next story is about Fetch coming back for round two.
- The next story is about Danu’s backstory.
Not making a poll because message boards are whack rn, so please just make a comment on your thoughts as a reader. Would like to know soon as I am starting development for issue 8 soon.
