That is a great jump scare panel.

Alright folks, so next issue should be out in December, but I have a question. It would be perfect timing this year to do a Christmas special (and I feel we’re at a good stopping point in the plot to do it), but I wanted to know if you readers would be interested in that, or continuing with the story instead?

Either one, I am planning on doing anyways. I just wanted to know which one you guys would rather see first. If we vote for the plot, the special would likely be delayed to next year instead.

(I’m not counting anonymous votes)

Your logic is sound and you know your story best, I say Christmas special next

My twitter followers agreed, Christmas special it will be.

BTW what did you think of the issue? Looking for feedback on it, since this is sort of the start of “part 2” of the comic I’d say.

I like it. I think it’ll be interesting having other characters similar to Emerald-Man in the story, and that also adds opportunities for side stories if you ever need a break from the main characters.

I love Sapphire-Swan’s constume, it’s a striking design that gives her equal attention to Emerald Man when they’re in the same panel

I also like that you used the fight with Fetch to showcase her personality. It could easily have just been a whack! clang! pow! scene, but clearly there’s a sense of urgency or a lack of experience in her (I’ll wait to figure which) that really stands out, especially alongside Emerald Man’s seasoned calm

And of course Fetch’s return is always a treat, love that evil little trickster, he’s my favorite villain so far

I like that as well. It’s a good contrast giving one character a more modern style of costume as compared to Emerald-Man’s medieval attire.

Hate to say this folks but I have not enjoyed any of the scripts I have written for a Christmas Special. I thought I had an idea, but it did not turn out to my satisfaction. Instead I may just continue with the story at hand. I also wanted to potentially write a one-off issue of something else. We shall see…
