The arms seem short, but that may just be the shoulder build.
I suggest making the hands and forearms contrast more. Would black hands be good?

Not much is different. My camera was running out of batteries, so there are only two pictures, which is why this is Update 3.5 and not 4.

I still have a problem with that torso/chest.
They are both good, but separately, in my opinion.
But everything else is great!

The Mata heads still bulge, but I like the concept, so, in my opinion, either Ehyre’s body stays or goes, but , it’s such a minor issue, I don’t mind it.

I would recommend adding something onto that stud/cap on the axle piece on the lower leg.
Overall it looks really great.
And he’s called the Hunter, you say?
With the chestplate, and the colors(although those are just common colors in general), it kinda reminds me of an old 2011 MOC I made that I called the Twilight Hunter.
