Welcome to The Wild Masks: Requiem, a long-format story series written by yours truly and starring several members of the TTV Message Boards, who al signed up to participate in this story via PM. This is a continuation of my last story, The Wild Masks, which I highly recommend reading for greater context.

There have been issues with the narrative coming across in a comprehensive and compact manner with the last story, so this one will be broken up into several legs, handling the narrative challenges in chunks rather than stretching them out at different paces over time. Each leg will be categorized as volumes and posted in their own topics, which will then be linked here.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask either here on in the relevant story topics in the list. As always, please make sure to follow the TTV Boards rules and let me know what you think of the series.

Is it possible to make public the list of participating users so that users who are not signed-up (like me) can theorize on which users match which characters without having to cross-reference our theories with the active users page? Or is the list being secret a purposeful choice for story reasons?

Sure, I can definitely do that.

Easiest way is to say it’s all of those who participated in the original Wild Masks story. I wanted there to be only one follow-up story to the Wild Masks to prevent it from devolving into endless sequels, and to ensure that it doesn’t go on forever I’ve planned out the major arcs of each volume ahead of time.

EDIT: I’ve gone ahead and copied the ping list over to this topic, so now you can identify each user as I decide to confirm their appearance(s). However, half the fun is watching people scratch their heads and puzzle over what I’ve done even though I have no clue what I’m-

I mean, even though I am extremely smart and clever and am so humble about it too :triumph:

I’m gonna be honest, I never finished the first Wild Masks story (I was becoming less active on the boards in general and chapters were taking longer to release and now I don’t know where I even left off) so I’m just gonna act like I’ll be completely capable of understanding what’s going on in this one without remembering all of the last one and try my best to read every chapter :+1:

please Ghid don’t make me read the entire story again

I also never finished the last one i still need to read the last three chapters i’ve just been lazy busy lately.
