Leo finally finished up his notes and even a small illustration, he slammed the book shut and took a seat.
“I wonder how long this will continue to go on for.”
“I’ve already said, there is no fight” Winter says turning, seeming to grow larger and glowing, “There is simply your foolishness!” His form keeps growing until it brushes the ceiling, “Give an answer, YOU DO NOT KEEP GODS WAITING!” Winter is now crackling with energy, looking about to explode
Devas walks over, “Sorry, outsiders were discovered in our meeting”
Krugs finished sharpening his blades and grabbed his tankard of ale, he still wasn’t drunk despite it being his fifth drink. He wished he would be allowed something stronger
“Then put your ■■■■ weapons down and call off your men, and I have kept them waiting for a very very long time.” He said calmly the shadow behind him staring Winter down.
A voice, not Winter’s issues from him, “I have waited too long for my vengeance to be stalled by you” a host of other voices join in, all coming from Winter. Chains wrap around Azurai and Mayluna, and Winter collapses, unconscious.
After this three things happen in quick succession, a shout from cult soldiers about to storm the tavern is heard, the barkeep opens a passageway behind the bar, and all of Winter’s soldiers (Except characters) immediately start a brawl.
Devas runs over to the passageway, “Come here!” He yells at everyone not fighting
“What make’s you think that you’ll take me this time?” He asked not struggling. As Mayluna looked at the chains she began to struggle. “HEY LET ME GO!” She yelled

Michelle runs over, and grabs the two, running them to the hole, Mathias came next, holding Leo, and Winter’s sword. Devas runs and tries to help Winter, but he’s much too heavy, he looks at Sky, “Can you get him?”
“Guess I’m part of this now.” Leo stated as he followed them.

Krugs dropped his tankard and calmy walked toward the passage, with his great axe slung over his shoulder

“Oh god…Azurai why couldn’t you just have kept your mouth shut?” Mayluna said continuing to struggle.
Azurai stood silent, planning his next move carefully.

Raina and Amber follow Devas. “I can help with him,” Raina offers. Amber heads straight for the tunnel.

Michelle looks at both of them, “If I unchain you, can you be civil?”
Devas leans Winter onto the two women, (Sky and Raina) then runs around getting everyone into the passage, closing it just as the door is kicked open and the cult soldiers run in, looking relived that the disturbance is nothing but a brawl
“Depends will your men attempt to raise another blade to my throat if you do?”

“Where to now?” Leo asked as he checked his pack.

“If you don’t entice them, although Winter didn’t condone that soldier’s brash action, and neither do I. If you act aggressively, I will not hesitate to kill you”
“I don’t know, we were supposed to march on the Citadel today, but that plan has been scrapped, we wait for Winter”
The hooded man finds himself leaning against a wall of the passageway, trying his best to remain inconspicuous despite his large stature.

Raina adjusts Winter’s weight on her shoulder, and checks his breathing and pulse. “That might be a bit, he’s out cold. I didn’t see, what even happened to him?”
Krugs stayed silent for the most most part and cracking his neck. He looked disappointed to see some of them wearing armor, muttering to himself but loud enough for others to hear “weaklings”
“He put on quite the show.” The mysterious man commented, deciding he wanted some attention.
Mathias looks at him, “Hello, how’re you?”
Michelle kneels to unchain the two captives, hand resting on her sword, “The trouble with Magic, when you use too much, you get knocked out, very much like our leader here, but he’ll be fine, the fact that he’s not at the center of a godly supernova at the moment proves that”
