Looks a bit short in the torso, though, and I just generally find Bohrok eyes on the ends of weapons a bit cumbersome.

Thanks for the in-depth comment. Dang, I don’t understand how I never caught the torso problem. Oh well. Yeah, the Bohrok eyes aren’t ideal. Got any idea of other silver parts I could use?

This is incredible. I never noticed how stubby the torso was until people started pointing it out. Which is bizarre, 'cuz I’m normally hyper-critical of everything I build.

Me neither. It works a lot better on my Ahkmou MOC. I’ll try to order a second white Metru shoulder pad sometime soon to make Matoro into a more traditional Metru-build.

I just realized that Ahkmou’s left leg is askew in this pic. That’s gonna drive me up the wall from now on…

@legomaster1378 you should give this MOC one of those flagpoles that matoro uses in MNOG to mark where he’s traveled in the drifts. the red flag on a stick, if you know what im trying to refer to. you could attach it to the open hole where the gear is supposed to go. Once again, another great moc! personally i dont like sand blue, and thats my only real issue with the moc, but thats more of a personal preference thing, and you didnt have much of a choice but to make it sand blue, so im looking past my own pickyness. he definitely needs a red flag just to give him a neat little callback.

Thanks. Though it’s the same technique I used on my Toa Ahkmou MOC. It’s simply a blend of the torso techniques used on Norik and Iruni.

Thanks! Though I’m gonna have a really hard time building the rest of the Inika as Metru-builds. Unlike my Metru-toran Toa project, parts simply don’t exist in the colours I’ll need for figures like Kongu and Hewkii.

Thanks man! I dunno, I kinda like the Inika’s aesthetic. I prefer to think of this guy as what Matoro would have looked like had his Toa transformation not been caused by a bolt of physics-defying lightning from a zombie-birthing ball of gas.

Thanks man! Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever seen the sand-blue kaukau being used on a MOC before which is a shame it’s such a sweet piece. I’m definitely gonna try to track down the parts I need for Jaller and Hahli. Kongu and Hewki are gonna be problematic though…
