Transformers Contest

So I’ve seen a recent influx of transformers, so I made a transformers contest. Plain and simple as that.
Requirements:
-must have a front pic, a back pic, and side pics of all modes.
-Only non-modified parts
-Make the Primary Mode close to Minifig scale
-Obviously don’t copy other peoples work.
-You have until June 3rd, when I get out of school.
-Enter as many as you want, but don’t make it horrible simply for making a lot
-Must be a new Moc

Judging:
-Completeness: does it look complete, minimal gaps?
-Alt mode(s) is it recognizable as what it’s supposed to be? Are there minimal gaps?
-Primary mode: Minimal gaps, well proportioned, doesn’t look like a mess.

-these are pretty vague, so excuse me on that. These are subject to change, but probably won’t change much.

-Note bonus points will be given for combiners amd triple changers, depending on the quality.

Judges: Slots for judges are filled.

People in the competition:

#I forgot to mention this, as it should be common sense, but all transformers should be able to transform with little to no pieces removed.

#Update: Deadline postponed until July 5th because of lack of entries

I’d be willing to help judge as it’s one of my favorite pass times.

I’ll join but what do you mean by minifigure scale? As in a minifigure looks to scale with vehicle mode or the robot mode is minifigure size? Is ldd ok to use?

Also you say new but could I enter these guys?

They’re previously posted but I’m still working on the combiner arms.

If not I can always be the third judge.

By minifgiure scale I mean that they could go in the minifig world and fit in pretty well. So those would definitly be under minifig scale.

@ToaSonus cool.

I’ll judge if you still need people
If you need participant’s. I’m in

And then about digital designer; is it ok to use it?

@Darth_trevan do you want to judge, or participate? Spots are open for both.

Im down
Ive never built anything transformer in the past so this should be fun :grinning:
Edit: quick question does it have to be a transformer that already exists or can just be an original one?

Gaps aren’t always a bad thing when it accurately portrays the source material.

Can I join? I’m currently working on the plans for one.

I think he means minimal obvious exposed robot parts.

Fair point, I mean gaps that obviously aren’t there on the source, so say in the vehicle mode, which might be a tank, there aren’t many gaps in a tank.

@Pak can be original or preexisting, your choice.

I’m in.

Can I join also when you say mini fig scale can it be proportional to the size of a transformer to human in the movie or the size of a minifig

I mean that if this were put right next to a minifg, it would look the right size. So if it transforms into a car, it’s more or less the same size as a regular minifg car.
