Transformers: Twilight of the Golden Age

The two puts the device atop The basilica, and a massive holographic image of Megatron appears with the decepticon insignia behind him, clutching the matrix in his left hand, “we bow to no false gods!” It declares, crushing it. “Decepticons forever!”

Ironcast’s eyes widen.

Oh no… the work of some fanatic, I suppose.

Stoneflow reaches the speech Must be someone’s waifu.
He sighs, ignoring the significance of what just happened. I really should stop indulging in the culture of the past

The ruling body is led into the Basilica, towards a hidden exit built for occasions such as this; when the Primes of old had to be evacuated under threat of harm.

The two jump down to evade capture

A flying Cybertronian jets to the top of the Basilica’s dome and searches for a means to deactivate the projector.

The projector destroys itself in order to make tracing it’s origin more difficult

Well, way to ruin the speech, there.

He frowns, thinking to himself.

I wonder who did it?

The guard calls for a team to properly collect what remains of the projector for analysis.\

Meanwhile, reporters from the Commonwealth’s many media outlets had flocked to the scene, and the citizens were being encouraged by police to leave the area and continue about their day, assuring them that all was well.

The ruling body was being escorted through a long, dimly lit tunnel, which would eventually deposit them by Maccadam’s Old Oil House.

“Seriously?” Autobahn scoffs. “It’s not taking us to some super-secret bunker, or an escape shuttle, or anything like that? It’s taking us to that old dump?”

Haliaetus transforma, and the pair enter the osprey, before taking off

Stoneflow leaves carrying his new paint. Just as O got there. Such a shame

Their departure was not noticed amidst the heavy air traffic of Iacon.

The area around the Primal Basilica had been closed off, and an investigation would soon be underway.

The datanet was abuzz with coverage and reactions to this act of vandalism. Conspiracy theorists were already suggesting that this was either the act of a band of Decepticon-sympathizers, foreshadowing a deadly attack in the near future, or that it was an attempt by one of the other leaders to sabotage Chaplain. Others still spitballed that this was merely a practical joke, likely perpetrated by a mischievous bot who desired nothing more than to cause a ruckus so as to “liven up” the usual proceedings.

Due to the propellers spinning haliaetus’s insignias were visually just purple circles

Ironcast sighed to himself at the proceedings, his routine having been cut short. He shrugs it off however, and continues to go about his day, noticing a much more tense atmosphere surrounding the populous.

Stoneflow sighs Lets just grab some new metal plates and then leave… Or maybe treat myself as it ended early.

this should lure out other decepticons, new or old…

Indeed, the “demonstration” was now the talk of the town, and bots were speculating wildly as to what it could mean. Beyond that, business continued in the Commonwealth.

A few groups across Cybertronian space had taken a… particular interest in the display.

The ruling body was led out of the tunnel, and promptly parted ways. Daybreak would be escorted to her residence in the High Council Pavilions, while the rest would be taken to the Burthov Spaceport to be returned to their respective homeworlds.

Haliaetus flew towards the tallest building in the vicinity

That would be the Tower of Pion, situated near the High Pavilions.

The osprey’s back door opened near it and shifter threw a projector on it, this time showing the decepticon insignia with the words “you are being deceived” around it, big enough so that if you could see the building you could make out what it said
