“I’ve… never actually been to Velocitron myself, so I don’t find myself in much of a position to speak. I’ve heard it is an… interesting place.”
@MichaelTheLightBringerWarya took his money and walked away.
“1000 shanix? Good enough.”
Then everything happened
Dicius was a little panicked. He was standing not too far away by the statue of Solus Prime, trying to contact Hecate.
@Ace Warya was in her wasp form, flying nest to a tall building, watching Haliaetus flying above the scene. She spied him since she saw him giving the twins something suspect in the crowd back at the basilica.
“Interesting… -sting…”
She said in her wasp mode.
“Y’see, this is why we don’t get ourselves involved with the rest of the Commonwealth,” Refuse says from within his “palace” on Junkion. He tosses an Energon crystal to his pet cougaraider, and the mechanimal snatches it up greedily.
“On the bright side, our Decepticon enthusiast spared me from delivering an impromptu speech,” Drill says to her brother in an attempt to lighten the mood. “That would’ve been disastrous.”
Dicius succesfully contacted Hecate on his comms.
H: “Dicius? What happened?”
D: “Some Decepticon propaganda. Nothing to worry about.”
“Don’t joke abou this! It is serious!”
Though the mornings’ acts of vandalism were still the main focus of conversation on the datanet, there was still plenty of other interesting activity that might be worth a look:
The day before, an archaeological dig in the Sea of Rust had unearthed “a golden age relic of utmost historical significance”, according to the project overseer in an interview with the Iacon Communication Service. What exactly this relic was would be revealed next week, once it had been transported to the Grand Museum. A convoy would be departing with the relic in tow later this afternoon.
An anonymous junkion had posted a short want ad on a relevant forum containing a set of coordinates on his homeworld, requesting assistance for a task that he did not bother to specify. He merely stated that the reward would be worthwhile.
Two amateur archaeologists had posted on their blog that they would soon be headed for the Hydrax Plateau, in search for the Tomb of the Primes.
H: “Anyway, what are you going to do now?”
D: “Well,” he said while looking on his personal tablet “I found this interesting post: two archaeologists are going to the Hydrax Plateau to find the Tomb of the Primes.”
“Do you still believe in such fairy tales?”
“Hey! Let me enjoy this day! Maybe I’ll bring you a bit from what remained of Solus’s armor!”
“Shut up!” She said mockingly.
OOC: ai pressume that you posted these three options because they are important for the plot or something.
OOC: Perhaps…
IC: many offworlders were beginning to make their way to the space bridges en masse.
“OK. Be careful. Love ya.”
“Love you too.”
Dicius closed his comms and searched for more details about the expedition.
Windstripe,
“It’s home for me, I find the sky to be the most beautiful thing on the planet.”
The “expedition” was really just a pair of enthusiastic conjux endurae with cheap, even home-made equipment. They frequented the plateau in hopes of finding the resting place of the Primes, which hadn’t been seen since before the Great War.
Dicius remembered how, when he was young, before the Great War, he used to visit that place too, with his own tools. He chuckled, and looked when the expedition will take place.
The couple was going to depart very soon, according to the blog post.
“Oh! I better hurry!”
He looked where he can meet the two.
The couple lived in Tyger Pax, so Dicius might have to meet them at the Plateau.
Dicius transformed into his car mode and roled out towards the Hydrax Palteau.
Once Dicius left Iacon, there would be a vast plain of rolling metallic hills from the great city to the Well of All Sparks. He would then have to pass the massive pit and continue his drive for many miles until he reached the Hydrax Plateau.
After he finally reached his destination, Dicius transformed and looked around for the two explorers.
A red cybertronian SUV was making its’ way to the plateau.
Hewn from the metal face of the natural formation, facing the Well, were gargantuan statues of the Thirteen. Even Liege Maximo was depicted, as these monuments had been shaped from the plateau centuries before the War of the Primes.
Dicius stopped a few seconds to admire the statues. His wife was loving Solus, but he still thought that Optimus was the best. Then he transformed back to car amd started to follow the SUV.
OOC: Can you make a sign-up for the two?
OOC: these two aren’t worth it.
IC: The SUV draws closer.
