Transformers: Unicron Apocalypse. Sign up and discussion

As an introvert myself this is 100% accurate.

I just find it funny how Coppeweb’s so nervous to talk to Solus Prime and Backblast is literally walking up to her like she’s no big deal.

For reference, this is what the POKE looks like right now:

alright, here they are:

Stormwind

Name: Stormwind
Chapter: Knight
Appearance: Stormwind is an armored, slightly lean bot, and a fair bit taller than the average Cybertronian. His smooth silver armor vaguely resembles the plate armor worn by medieval human European knights. He possesses light blue optics, and his face is adorned with a mouthplate. Though it is retractable and he does have an actual mouth underneath it, Stormwind rarely ever retracts it.
Alternate mode: A Cybertronian equivalent of a V-22 Osprey, a tiltrotor aircraft with dual propellers. Stormwind’s alt mode allows him to fly, as well as hover. To transform, the wings of the helicopter fold out from his back, attaching to the front of his torso, which combines with his and arms to form the fuselage and tail. His legs, meanwhile, connect together to fill out the wings and body of the aircraft and his feet form the cockpit, which is scaled to humans for some reason. The rotors and their engines are found within Stormwind’s shins, which fold out during transformation. The blades themselves are formed from his swords, though he has plenty of spares in case he loses one. Also, landing gear folds out of his torso in helicopter mode.
Weapons/Equipment: This Knight’s primary tools of war are his twin swords and arm-mounted repeating laser blasters, which fold out of his forearms. The swords are formed from his rotors, and though he can combine both blades into a broadsword for use on heavier targets, Stormwind doesn’t do this all that often, preferring the duality of the twin blades. If he does choose to combine his rotors into the broadsword, he can detach a part of his alt mode and make a shield. Stormwind’s other main armaments are his repeating laser guns, but like all Knights of Cybertron he is skilled with multiple weapons. These blasters are rapid-fire, and while Stormwind isn’t quite as good at aiming as he is at swordplay, he’s still a pretty proficient shot.
Abilities/Powers: As a Knight of Cybertron, Stormwind has been extensively trained in combat. As stated above, his preferred melee weapons are his dual swords, and his fighting style uses agile moves as well as swift strikes. Make no mistake, however, he’s fast, but that doesn’t mean he’s weak. In battle, he’ll take quite a few hits and still manage to fight on. Stormwind is stubborn, sometimes still trying to fight even when he should’ve stopped. Skilled as he is in battle, however, Stormwind isn’t very stealthy. His alt mode is similarly quick, taking flight and aiming for multiple targets with his laser guns, which end up under his wings in helicopter mode. Given the functions of this mode, Stormwind is pretty good at fighting in it. Like in robot mode, he can take hits in alt mode, but severe damage to his wings and rotors can ground him. Even then that’s rather difficult as Stormwind’s a skilled flyer, zooming all over the battlefield and changing direction rapidly.
Personality: Strong. Stalwart. Stubborn. Dutiful. Bold. All of these attributes describe the Cybertronian known as Stormwind, for better or for worse. Not quite the chatty sort, but if you try hard enough you’ll land yourself in a conversation with the high-flying Knight. Not the jokey sort, but contrary to popular belief it isn’t because he doesn’t have a sense of humor but rather because all his jokes are terrible. Like the rest of the Knights, Stormwind is a bit prideful, and while he can acknowledge his faults and mistakes his stubborn nature means it will be quite a while before he verbalizes them.
Backstory: Born in the Golden Age of Cybertron, Stormwind rose from humble beginnings as a mechanic to a Knight after discovering his innate skill with a blade. An old friend of Updraft’s, he hasn’t seen much action, but Stormwind practices and trains constantly, as is his duty. Time will tell if the silver-armored Transformer will find any combat…

Updraft

Name: Updraft
Chapter: Scholar
Appearance: Updraft has dark red armor, with brown accents. Her optics are a bright and piercing lime green. Befitting her occupation as a Scholar, Updraft is less armored than Stormwind, but like him could still be able to take a few hits in a fight and keep going. Speaking of Stormwind, Updraft is about half a head shorter than him. She’s leaner as well; bulk isn’t the best thing to have in the library.
Alternate mode: Updraft transforms into a Cybertronian helicopter, but not a tiltrotor like the one Stormwind transforms into. Updraft’s alt mode is a more conventional single-rotor helicopter, visually similar to Spinister’s and Rotorstorm’s copter modes. Yes, this means there are now four helicopter transformers in this rp. I regret nothing. To transform, the cockpit section, located on her torso in robot mode, moves up and over Updraft’s head, with a plate moving up to conceal it. Her arms fold in half and make up the underside and central body of the copter along with her torso, with the landing skids folding out of the arms. Updraft’s legs, meanwhile, fold out and connect together to form the rear fuselage and tail, with the rear rotor and tailfin folding out of her feet and lower shins. Updraft’s main rotor blades are located on her back, where they rest in robot mode and unfold for alt mode. The blades themselves can be detached and used as impromptu weapons, but given Updraft’s Scholar occupation they are not designed to be swords and she isn’t very skilled at swordplay.
Weapons/Equipment: As a Scholar, Updraft isn’t quite as good with weapons as Stormwind is, but at the very least isn’t completely helpless in a fight. The weapons she carries include a metallic staff, which can transmit electrical shocks, and a plasma launcher. The staff isn’t used all that much, but Updraft is somewhat skilled with it in a melee fight. Plus, it has the advantage of being decorative. Her launcher isn’t anything special, it just shoots superheated gas, but be warned as Updraft is somehow an excellent shot. This launcher is also usable in helicopter mode.
Abilities/Powers: As mentioned earlier, Updraft isn’t a warrior, but she can fight in a pinch. Her best combative aspect would probably be her uncannily good aim. Updraft’s staff is also more or less effective at disabling enemies due to the electric shocks. If all else fails, a good whacking is also effective.
Personality: Updraft is a quiet bot, partially by nature but partially also because of her job. Not very confrontational, and sometimes timid, her love of books and knowledge led her to become a Scholar. That, and her insatiable curiosity. Though, if properly challenged or riled up Updraft can become quite the fiery speaker, prone to sarcastic remarks with her expansive vocabulary. But most of the time she’s chatty and soft-spoken. But again, time will tell if this Transformer will find any reasons to be bold…
Backstory: Like Stormwind, born in Cybertron’s Golden Age. An old friend of his way back when they were both lowly mechanics, they later parted ways to become a Knight and a Scholar, respectively. Like most of her kind, Updraft is curious and has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, with this serving her well in her line of work in cataloging and learning. Secretly, she hopes her and Stormwind’s paths will cross again. What’s that? She’s got a thing for him? That’s nonsense. Right?

Heads up for everyone, a quick explanation for something that’s been mentioned a few times. I couldn’t think of a great way to explain it in game where everyone would see, so I’m just giving a quick little thing here.

Gravitus Prime is the 13th Prime who died before the Well of Allsparks was created. That means that no living Cybertronian outside of the Primes would have met him. Just about everyone knows about him and recognizes the name, though given his absence in living society, most bots don’t really know anything about him.

Very interesting…

More will be explained over time, naturally through the story.

Bulwark and Coppeweb haven’t yet gotten the memo that everyone else treats the Primes like regular people. And a little flattery can go a long way in getting you what you want, too.

I thought Backblast would be an outlier, treating the Primes not as deities but just as people?
