If you’re using a computer, there should be a round blue button with a plus sign in the bottom right corner of the main page
And if you’re on a mobile device, there should be a grey rectangular button that says “New Topic” in the top right

I don’t get it. Why I don’t get trust level 2? I looked at my stats and it seems like I can get it, but it doesn’t. Can someone explain it?

I think the site only checks to see if you’re eligible for the next trust level every 24 hours. Just wait a bit.
