I’m trying to establish the schedule of going to bed at 9 pm and getting up at 6:30 am.
A series of bad decisions…
For the last two years the schedule was 10:30 pm to 6:30 am. Now it’s like 12 or 1 am to 6 am, with some potential sleep in time factored after that.
On weekdays it is currently 11 pm or 12 am to 6 am and it varies a lot on weekends
I unfortantualy lost the rights to sleep when I was hired by Walmart.
On school nights, 2:42 AM to 6:30 PM.
I can describe my sleep schedule in one word.
That word is…
(Times I’m awake) It ranges from 5 AM - 6PM, 5AM - 12AM, 10AM - 5AM… you get the point.

For almost a month I got to sleep until 3am, and even 8 am one day (no regrets) but now I have to wake up everyday at 5 so that´s lame.

I usually end up going to bed around 9-10 but still metimes later. It’s usually ok but the other month i was having horrendous sleep and kept waking up in the middle of the night over and over again, it still happens sometimes.
Welp.
I’ve started to wake up at 5 am everyday on purpose.
Kill me now.
I am lucky if my brain let’s me go to sleep before 3:00 AM and I have to wake up at 6:00 AM everyday.
I’ve been living off 3 hours of sleep per night since September.
am i the only one here who sleeps like a normal human being
