i´ve actually managed to fix my sleeping Schedule. so now i can say that i sleep between about 10 at night to 6.30 in the morning

ONE WORD: Horrible
Once went 6 days without sleep. I stopped recognizing what was daydream and what was reality- I could implant images in my head and force them to appear real to me. Also, I no longer had any sensation of tiredness, just an overall feeling of loftiness. Somehow, when I could finally go to sleep again, I only napped for an hour and woke up completely refreshed. College will mess you up, more than just financially.
I go to sleep around 1am and wake up at 7am

I’ve also done this, it’s super weird. Apparently if you go straight into REM sleep (the phase of sleep that causes dreams), you don’t actually need that much sleep, it’s kinda neat.

Current sleep schedule is get into bed around 11, alarm set for 8. More often than not I wake up before the alarm, though.

On week days I typically go to bed at around 11, and wake up at 6 (I usually don’t get out of bed till 6:10 or 6:15, however)
