Character design is all I really have to go off, as beyond that clip, and a single episode I watched several years ago, I am unfamiliar with the character…

You should really give the show a try then. You might want to start on season 4. The ones before it are a little meh, and make the show hard to get into.

Well isn’t that how clone troopers work? They’re made in massive batches. They’re designed to be expendable, and have numbers instead of names.
