Aside from the pilots I’d say those aren’t bad choices.

1)Jek-14 isnt as memorable to non-LEGO fans but has a viable chance as a set to be released after many others
2) Why? There is no memorable Ithorian Jedi, that has a name and has a large fan base, it wont do.
3) Could work, even better if it was C-3PO with a built Technic/System R2D2
4) As said above, I could only see it viable if it went in the upper mentioned way.
5) Ezra is a viable pick, would probably use the gear mechanism for his lightsaber.
6) C1-10P I would place as a secondary build for Hera, since astromech droids are not as viable for individual sets in this size range.
7) Zeb is a viable pick, have to question how his head would look like.
8) Hera is viable if paired with Chopper.
9) Kanan is a viable pick, same as with hte mentions.
10) Dont need this one if my estimates are correct, the Stormtrooper Commander without hte paldrons is a viable Imeprial Stormtrooper figure.
11) No, its too similar to the X-Wing pilot suit and we already got something like it last year, with less than stellar demand.
12) A viable pick, but not as important as some other choices since its a random mook, for a battle suit that is not as iconic.
13) Nope, we alread got that one.
14) Tie pilot is a viable pick, same as mentioned of the AT_AT driver.
15) Any Wookiee would be a no, Chewbacca or Zalbar would be more viable picks (more on that later)

I feel like I might be the only one who wants CCBS figures of all the major clones from the Clone Wars series. Rex is a given, but I’d also love to see other notable mentions such as Wolffe, Fives, and Echo. They’d provide some great recolors and/or prints and could all be copy/paste builds with the only difference being appearance and maybe some accessories. Money magnets ahoy.
As for EU characters, the Old Republic is a valid choice seeing as Darth Bane and the Mandalorian War are canon. Bane was heavily influenced by Revan’s Sith Holocron recordings and the first KOTOR takes place directly after the Mandalorian War. Should the events of the KOTOR games be confirmed canon, the CCBS figures will most certainly sell like hotcakes.
Also helps that Revan has been previously released as a Minifig and is the first non-canon character to be featured in The Black Series.

I doubt they’d just do random characters that were barely in the movies.
When I take pilots/officers/droids/etc. I imaginate them into a bigger set (like 08 and 09 Bionicle T and V vehicles).
