I honestly don’t know what PX stands, and as Ruh said, that’s something every military has, no military is without one.

Dragons don’t have armor because of their already hard, thick skin and scales.

Because they don’t need it. No regular weapons can’t hurt Dragons. And Bloodfang doesn’t use Dragons for his army, at least not living ones, the only living ones, like yours, are a chosen few, yours was an exception because I didn’t want to get into the trouble of retconning your character and it was a good idea.
