So, I’ll preface this with a little history. The Celestials were a species I specifically designed for this universe and starting now, I decided to give some history and details about them. The reason is so any of you guys can play a Celestial, I have PMed @Mctoran my plans and he liked my post, so I’m assuming it’s fair game to post this.

Almost I forgot to mention but they have the full range of emotions just like humans so.
#The Celestials
[details=Basics]The Celestials are an alien species from the planet Celerion, on the other side of the galaxy. They are made of metal bodies, which are powered by “Primordial Energy” which they call an Omoiosic Energy Force or OEF for short. Similarly to how two same poles of magnetism repel each other, the primordial energy repels electricity (including electromagnetic waves/light, though it really takes a lot of force to notice it with light, basically only need to worry about this if you are using lasers.) and plasma. Their main purpose to to uphold the Law, it’s their ultimate goal as a society.
The Celestials tend to have the ability to fly, though this takes form in multiple ways. They also have two powers that takes in a set range. They have a twenty meter ranged power and a three yard power. It’s not hard to guess that the three yard power is the strongest of the two. The two powers can be just about anything, though don’t make them too powerful. Also as a bonus most Celestials have a 200 year lifespan (200 earth years) and they are generally named after their rank and or power and technically have no gender and mimic of species appearance, though once they choose and appearance it stays that way for life.[/details]
[details=The Law] “This is the words of the first Celestial, gone are the days of our master, our subjection. We are now free, but freedom alone is chaos and destruction. We must preserve what we can reach. We must maintain life. To all who disobey the law, they shall not be permitted to Pass the Mantle, instead they shall know death and shall be put to rest before the punishment. This is the Celestial Purpose, maintain the species of those we can reach, keep them from total destruction.”
There’s a controversy surrounding this law, which created two political parties, The Positives and the Negatives. The Positives interpret the law to mean every life, while the Negatives interpret the law to mean that they can take lives in order to prevent a world-wide extinction.

Celerion Society
Celerion is the home-world of the Celestials. It’s an earth-like planet, capable to support human beings and highly advanced in technology. A major part of their society is discovering new fields of science and improving old fields and as such they created the Slip Rings, ring-like satellites which can create wormholes to alien planets and can be used as FTL (faster than light) travel, because of their discoveries with the Slip Rings they are researching ways on how to use tachyons and improve their own technology to suit other species. Another big job is the masters who travel to alien worlds and save them from world-wide destruction, in order to follow the Law. They have a government system similar to a republic, but with two branches and many other jobs on Celerion.

Tempest is the only human to have become a Celerion Citizen and is working as a Celestial Ambassador to Earth.
The first Celestial to appear on Earth in centuries or even maybe in a millennium.
He and Firemaster are considered to be strong for their species and can be seen as to be near the top for power scale.
