Idk what it could be. It’s not the MoUP or at least doesnt look like it, so…. I really don’t know.

Maybe it’s a fragment of the MOUP? OR perhaps it’s the Mask of Time? The MOUP and Mask of Time are one and the same??? That could work, seeing as how we would need a third legendary mask to complete the treble.

A: A fragment of the now shattered MoUP.
or
B: A fragment of the lower part of the Mask of Time.

Also, the last scene looks like it takes place on top of the volcano.

That’s interesting. Could it be something involving the realm of shadow? Is this perhaps the key that opens the portal to there, and using it allows Makuta to escape?
