Gali is my third drawing for a project I call “Bionicle Redrawn”- my goal with this project is to improve the designs of all the significant characters (who have canon appearances) from Bionicle story. You can find previous drawings here and here.
This design is very loosely based on how the set from 2008 looked and I mean very loosely because that set was… well, you know.
I’ve left some references to the pieces that the set had:
You can recognise the Inika shoulder piece (but now it serves the purpose of the chestplate), those spiked add-on pieces that the set had as shoulder armour are now the hip armour and the engines are attached to them, not the feet.
The design of the mask is based on this model by Galva.
