If You Could Remove One Character From BIONICLE

Actually the Vahki were created to replaced the (horrendously flawed) Krahli. The Krahli were created as a result of the hysteria after the kanohi dragon attack.

Solek.

I’d have to go with Sidorak. He was underdeveloped and annoying. I can deal with annoying characters that have a lot of redeeming traits. But he does not.

Solek. You know why? Not because of his build, not the set. Because of all the anger and spam surrounding him.
Also, perhaps, Sidorak, because he is annoying.

Brutaka’s mask (i forget what it’s called). It’s too OP and I feel like the alternate universe thing and the red star really took away from the canon rather than add to it.

The Kanohi Olmak.

All the Great Beings.

I’d remove Matoran Extra number 23 out of mask of light, you know the one who knew that mata nui was ā€œa machineā€ all along, that fellow really spoiled the big surprise for everyone, well they would’ve if we didn’t notice it. But my point still stands

Bara Magna was neat and everything, and the sets were much more vibrant than 2008, but it was somewhat unnecessary and we could of gone without it. I feel like it would’ve been more effective to end the story in 2009 rather than starting a brand new universe that only lasted a year. What I’m trying to say, is I’d take out the characters and story from 2009, and save it for another time.

If I only had to choose one character, then I’d say LOSS, because he didn’t have much screen time or character development. He’s almost like Captain Phasma in TFA.

EDIT: @Hutere_The_Toa_of_Air, Just to clarify, that’s why I said in TFA. She didn’t have much character development or screen time in that movie. Hopefully, she may have a bigger role in Episode 8, though.

No. Because Phasma is coming back.

Takanuva. I don’t like him.
He defeats the idea of unity, duty, AND destiny in mask of light.
He utterly negates the need for unity by singlehandedly doing everybody’s job in a way where they became unnecessary.
He takes away the Toa’s duty by going in alone to fight Makuta, making it so they actually have to stay behind and wait for him to do their job.
He derails their destiny (in Mask of Light anyway) by doing it all himself, and making it so they don’t even awaken Mata Nui. In the movie, he does.
He just sucks.
Later, they tried to make him edgy, only for it to be pretty dumb to me.

I know he has story value, but I feel he adds so little to the story and contradicts the ideas of the story itself.

Sounds familiar

RIP Matoro, you were my first Toa Mahri…

Except the Other Toa Inika/Mahri actually helped Matoro get the Mask and get to the situation where he made the sacrifice. Takua Nuva just waltzed in, beat up Makuta, and saved everyone with no help whatsoever.

Seriously, if someone had just given Takua the Mask of Light 1001 years ago, 2001, 2002, and 03 would never have happened and the Toa Mata would likely still be out there floating around.

I’d remove either Vastus, or Nivawk.

because look at this fugly mess:

looks like it came out of ReBoot, not Bionicle.

Photok.
Because I think we all need to hate a different Av-Matoran.

The set was pretty cool though, and that’s what’s really important.

Yeah, I was more saying ā€œremove it from LOMN because of this fugly modelā€

First choice–Karzahni the Plant. He literally served no purpose except providing some tension to what was basically a side-story book, dying, and then being revived to reveal a truth too important for his character. His role could have easily been replaced by a preexisting character, or dispersed among multiple characters with similar motives.

Second choice–Jerbraz. He’s not only useless, but he’s invisible, which only highlights his uselessness.
