Island of Okoto General Discussion

they will at least answer some of the questions in more detail then the animations did

It is a spare mask. A spare mask meant for death. :stuck_out_tongue:

Besides Ekimu where is Egyptian?

I’d like to point out I’m referring to what they are based on given the evidence, they are based on royalty, they are treated like royalty.

id say his mask is his original mask before he got the mask of creation

And I’m not saying your wrong, but I’m not sure it’s true. But ya it’s definitely for ceremony.

@Payinku, so royalty is Egyptian? What else?

The decorative headdress meant for those who were important when they died. The sarcophagus of Ekimu also has quite a few decorations. Even Makuta’s Mask of Control looks fairly Egyptian in design.

Oh, and would you look at that. It has the Mask of Creation on it too. As though it had been prepared for his eventual death in advance… like the Egyptians would do… And look at that… GOLD! A precious metal…

Ok.
Ekimu was placed in an above ground coffin in what is undeniably a sarcophagus.
He has a ceremonial mask placed over his (presumedly) dead face

That is Egyptian

Gold doesn’t necessarily mean Egypt either, so you’re saying that the writing is Egyptian? Am I correct saying that?

You know guys I’d say that ekimu and makuta are greek like gods (Hephaestus and Vulcan)
more than an Egyptian pharoah

@Tarvaxx
G2 takes inspiration from all over Egypt the Maori tribes Greece Rome south American tribes aztecs JAPAN

what if ekimu and Makuta are like Chinese kings? they were buried in sarcophagus like that as well

And chinese

I’m saying that both cultures did elaborate designs for royalty when they died, and both used ceremonial masks for the dead, and both used gold to show how important the person was, and they both planned for death FAR in advance.

The mask makes it Egyptian. The Chinese didn’t do that.

It’s gone. Everyone is enslaved like Le-Koro was, and only Binzak survived. Poor Binzak, you got to be the messenger.

Guys can we stop with the images? Links would be better. Images make everything look extremely cluttered and messy.
