Yep. Is that the guy who plays Holt on Brooklyn Nine-Nine?
No idea.
I stole that gif.
It is.
imo, the tanktroopers look much cooler as minifigures than in the movie.
Can we just take a sec to marvel at how fair the set prices are. Compared to the past few waves, these sets are incredibly decent in the price per piece department. The Tie Striker is a tad more, but about what is expected from a licenced product.
I just didn’t want to mention it, fearing I would jinx us all for the Episode VIII wave.
HOLY COW!!! Those sets all look awesome! Well, except the AT-ST. The head seems a bit off in the new build. Unless it’s a sorta in-between from the AT-DP in Rebels to the AT-STs in Jedi design like the AT-ATs in the teaser trailer.
I know that. I was wondering why the sets come out a month later than the TFA sets when the movie comes out around the same time as TFA did.
Well, not always. Kung-Fu Panda 2 came out on Thursday, May 26, 2011.
I don’t know if thi shas been posted here, but they reveled the name for the new stormtrooper variant, and the new AT-AT.
we have the Imperial Shoretrooper
and the Imperial AT-ACT
those tank troopers are pretty top
that TIE looks like a TIE Phantom without the third wing, the new AT-ST looks good, as does that shuttle
Or like the TIE Phantom without the third wing and with the cockpit of the TIE Defender.
If LEGO is planning to release Rogue One Battlepacks, I hope to see a few more Shoretroopers, a Death Trooper, some regular stormtroopers, and hopefully the classic Rebel Soldiers.
Yes please. We need more of those.
So now more characters have officially had names revealed. Most were covered in leaks except for Forrest Whitaker.
It turns out he is Saw Gerrera from Season 5 of The Clone Wars. In the film description he is considered taking the actions of being a rebel too far, but the crew is forced to work with him to get the plans.
This is so much hype.
And people said Disney wasn’t gonna respect the canon…
Anyway, this is amazing news! And totally understandable–it makes sense that a character like that would join the Rebellion. A lot of people in the audiences might not know the name, but hopefully he’ll give a little bit of background to them while the rest of us geek out!
that is so awesome
I never thought a clone wars character would make it into a movie

Don’t worry about this one. That helicopter is only for filming. However, I’m guessing they’re gonna be storming a beach in the film!

Pretty interesting stuff here. Still disappointed Diego Luna’s character isn’t Biggs Darklighter. Would have wanted to see some more love for the character so his death in A New Hope would have been more tragic, Plus the guy looks the part.
I love how Chirrut is blind, though. Reminds me of that one jedi general from The Force Unleashed who was blinded by Starkiller.
K-2SO is a nice premise, knowing he’s basically the opposite to C-3PO. I wanna see how this guy is on screen, though.
And… No Admiral Thrawn. That’s to be expected, though. Also nice to see a Clone Wars character return. I didn’t watch too much of that show, but it’s very great to know Disney is remembering it and incorporating the characters.
Here’s another article if you guys wanna read more.
If rumors–and Dave Filoni’s Twitter hints–are to be believed, Thrawn will be appearing in Season 3 of Star Wars Rebels…
Anyway, I’m loving these pics, and I can’t wait to get more info on the characters!
Star Wars looks to be going full D-Day on us
