You do love to question your GM do you? You will certainly learn something from this.
That’s not good GM behavior, just a heads up. As a GM myself, acting like this in the past has left everyone sour. Stories need to be bent around to fit player narrative too. Otherwise players don’t feel like they are affecting anything.
I was joking, I know that but thanks for the heads up.
I mean, I have a reputation for being a bit of a loose cannon in other RPs. In Salvation, I’ve not only got a personal army; I’ve got an adoptive son; a budding romance; taught an ancient AI Neo-cybex; fought Nova practically solo for like, 2 weeks and made it out alive; forced poor Chrome develop a design for a dropship he never intended us to ever get ahold of; and he had to nerf me mid-game because Gatecrasher was OP.
Then in Vladin’s RP: I sacrificed myself to get everyone out of exploding tunnel safely and survived; sat outside a seacon’s door for hours until she came out; and became an honorary Seacon.
So yeah, I’m basically the king of Left Field when it comes to RP’s.
Though Bramsley might give me a run for my money, i’ve heard he’s good at that.
So, is anyone interested in wielding the Warhammer…come on guys…
I know Candall is in no good position for that ATM.
do you know how the sport of golf was invented?
props to those who get the reference
Oh my god, yes do that. Do it.
spoilers of my reference
If you have ever seen a dragon in a pinch, you will realize that this was only poetical exaggeration applied to any hobbit, even to Old Took’s great-granduncle Bull-roarer, who was so huge (for a hobbit) that he could ride a horse. He charged the ranks of the goblins of Mount Gram in the Battle of the Green Fields, and knocked their King Golfimbul’s head clean off with a wooden club. It sailed a hundred yards through the air and sent down a rabbit hole and in this way the battle was won and the game of Golf invented at the same moment.
-The Hobbit
I love this quote too much
I forgot about that line. And I have no objections to tou wielding it.
Yeah, in a way I feel like this was one of those Anime Episodes where Siansa was the main focus of the story.
Though, not for you guys, fighting the minions, she wouldn’t be able to do this.
Also props to Will for finally using that sword.
Hey, in the end, that’s all Clawripper was hired for, to be the muscle. He can’t wield any of the relics, as lack of thumbs can be a real downside in that department.
Hey, I was simply trying to make up for my lack of RPing when we got the dang Warhammer.
Yeah, well, I may be able to change that. You did say Clawripper wears a sergeant armor plus there are more artifacts and items to be discovered, so he may be able to have something
You did an awesome job at it. I never thought Siansa was so cool.
I heavily appreciate your Hobbit references.
Actually, you had him remove the armor, but I get the point. Plus, I think CR is pretty well armed as he is. I haven’t even used his premonitions yet. (Which still stand as a potential plot device if you ever need it)
Oh right, well I will certainly think of that and of a useful item for Clawripper, In the end, I want everyone to have them.
Side note, but @MichaelBT-7474 don’t be afraid to have my characters die in the midst of battle if I make some bad moves. Makes things more interesting.
If I find a good Silmarillion reference I just might reference that as well. I’m a big fan of Tolkien’s work, if you can’t tell, though my love for anime is also bleeding out.
Heck, I was half planning on pulling a Sakura moment from Naruto, where she cuts her hair to escape an enemy, although I would’ve need a situation that fit that reaction to arise and thus we may never see short hair Siansa.
I still need to read the Silmarillion. I finished The Hobbit, and I’m finishing up Return of the King (don’t worry, i’ve read the first two). I must say, Tolkien has a fantastic way with words.
