So, I’m right in assuming that we’ve finished this version of Makuta completely?
I think we still should wait until we have someone who built the Makuta and put a 3d printed made on takes pictures of it. And maybe more instruction like instructions as well.
Fair enough. I just like seeing the excitment from everyone whenever we get conformation about the next bit of the construction
Yeah its nice to see the community be happy.
Can someone help me, are links not permitted or something? Every time i post this url it just shows one picture

Spoiler tag it.
Oh great, now kiddies will try to rip-off the building style for the contest.
I just bought all the sets to make makuta… GOODBYE MONEY
Which sets are they?
Hmm…I have no idea what’s going on with his backside… I can’t really see how to connect the creature head, but I do think I see a Toa foot that holds the Umarak horns. Idk I need to have the parts in hand, I should later today or tomorrow.
You can kind of see what’s going on in there but I really can’t tell.I also just realized that the armor on the waist and backside is different in the picture from Brickfair
I think someone said a couple posts up that the two are slightly different. I would imagine that they would give us the instructions to the “official” build.
On a different note, Makuta has a gear function!
Its the same function as 2015 toa. Pretty cool!
Check the OP. Everything you need to know is up there
I know the ball joints are there for friction, but its too much for both side; causing the swinging action to be much slower.
I started building it but will probably need to wait for when I get more parts. However, one thing I noticed is that he’s taller than Witch Doctor (not including spikes)!
In the process of recreating him now; though that will mean having to dismantle my displayed sets :’( I’ll have to by another Tahu and Onua, and possible another Destroyer.
Yeah I already have duplicates of Tahu, Onua, and Mask Maker Vs Skull Grinder. But I still need both Umeraks and Ikir as duplicates.
I’ve got a duplicate Ikir, Ekimu v Kulta and Hunter, though I may need to deconstruct the Makuta MOC to get some of the pieces to do it.
That’s also been hard for me, because I am NEVER taking my Makuta apart because of how much money I’m putting into it.
I want to build as much of this from spare parts as possible, and not have to dismantle too many sets…
Still, needs must.
