In this society, are people allowed to carry weapons freely, or would we be arrested if we were seen out in public with these rifles?
Also, what other kinds of weapons does this guy have besides rifles and revolvers, if any?

Pretty much anything invented before the early 1800s
small fire arms are acceptable in this society. However, to carry around a rifle you would need to disguise it in some form
