Galidor.
Definitely Galidor.
Ben 10 was the worst
any of the TOYSRUS Geoffreys
Horribly balanced good to bad guy ratio for the sake of conflict in the box.
This is most prevalent in star wars sets where you have huge vehicles up against a pair of droids.
Honestly, for sets that big, you do not really need conflict and it often causes the vehicles to be severely undermanned.
Conflict in the box is great, but the balance should not be comedically lopsided.
CCBS/Galidor heads that are meant to realistically portray human faces.
Galidor has fun pieces, I wouldn’t call it a failure.
Chima didn’t work too well. It has olive green though so I wouldn’t call it a failure either.
I guess what I’m saying is, no matter how bad a theme is, it has some positive aspect.
Not all issues in this topic are necessarily regarded as failures, more like subjective problems with specific lines or sets. Although, I would like to see a good use of any Galidor piece.
What exactly was wrong with it? I’d say it did a pretty good job of replicating the show’s aliens as buildable action figures.
Licensed minifigures.
Hourglass figure printing on minifigures.
To a certain extent minifigures in general…
- Humanoid constraction Figures…at least human heads. (Nightmare fuel)
- Roboriders
- Star Wars Clone Wars Minifigure face designs
- Bionicle G1 System sets.
- Any Bionicle Collectable from 2005 and onward (oh gee, lets collect turbines and balls that are barely usable for any kind of use beside its intended one, at least masks and enemy rubber things had character).
- Technic Large Figures (same Nightmare Fuel as the first mention)
I really love them…
LEGO makes too many Batman vehicles. Why can’t I get a playset?
because he is Batman.
don’t you know the meme?
Good point. I would like a battle scene in the city rather than the 307th version of the batmoblie.
An animal with treads, Im looking at you t̶i̶m̶e̶t̶r̶a̶v̶e̶l̶l̶i̶n̶g̶ muaka, and all those weird rahi
Actually the 2009 one kinda worked.
that skorpio? I didn’t count it as a rahi since there was a guy controlling it, it looked more like a vehicle or something like that
The Skopio XV-1?
That was indeed a robot/vehicle (based on the ‘Skopio’ creature that existed on Bara Magna)
Can’t really think of themes that don’t work that haven’t already been mentioned, like Galidor and whatnot.
Sure did act like a creature in the movie. Also makes him visually the same as any other Rahi, so whats the big difference.
