Second MOC during her early years as an Okotan Grand Architect.
Backstory time:
Parel, daughter of Zarata and Asha of House Multraz (Currently House Adina), Hard-Light Diva, Grand Architect of Okoto
Parel literally bends reality. By manipulating hard-light constructs, she crafts the world as she wishes it to be, in hopes of engineering a perfect society.
Born after the massive drought of 130 3E, her family was at the brink of survival. If not for the cunning father, known as a skilled Po-Kotan Automail designer, she would be one of many young children that perished after the massive drought period that engulfed Po-Wahi. Her mother, Asha, was once a Teacher in one of the many villages of the Water region.
She was a curious individual unlike the other kids of her village, always watching her father repair automail his shop, reading the books her mother kept, watching the stars and imagining constellations of Heroic figures from legends. That curiosity got the best of her after one of her adventurous skirmishes at the Canyons of Hiku. Saved by Protector Jasmine, she ultimetly lost her left arm after a dangerous avalanche. However after a painful process, her father managed to construct her a Automail arm that she would use for the remainder of her life and would always remind her of her family.
The Capital was one of the settlements hardest hit during the drought period and since then there was a high demand for engineers, smiths, and architects to re-built the city in a massive construction Project unlike any in Okotan History, creating a truly sustainable city built upon the Elemental Foundations of Light. After she was identified as one of the few capable of becoming a light-bending architech, Parel was plucked from extreme poverty and placed in the care of House Adina and would study at their Academy, never to return home.
Isolated and lonely in her new life, Parel immersed herself in her education and training. She quickly grasped the applications of technology and was one of the top students in her class. Parel approached hard-light manipulation differently than her peers, with their more procedural, mechanical constructions, instead weaving her constructs in the motions of the traditional dance of her homeland.
After many years, Okoto Prime was known as the city of gold and light, with towering structures, massive domes, multi-storied high-ways, it was the prime example of Third Age Architecture.
Though she was one of Okoto Prime’s top architechs, House Adina saw far greater potential in Parel’s abilities. Giving her the title of “Hard-Light Diva,” The Adina Family sent her on clandestine missions around the world to uphold its corporate Families interests and expand its influence into other nations across the sea.

Despite her artificial left arm, Parel has a relatively standard female Okotan body build. Due to her high social class and status, Parel also follows all the modern fashion trends of the rich upper echelon of society. Known as “Future Couture”, it mixes geometric designs with traditional clothing (current trend is Ko-Koto Couture). The Kanohi Pau, Mask of Precision, has a unique ornate design custom ordered by Parel to match her extravagant clothing. Due to her current status as a member of House Adina, one of the most richest and well known Families in all of Okoto, she was tasked to continue her mission in spreading the influence of her family, and of Okoto in general through her work in other nations across the sea.
Her current gown is a much lighter take on Future Couture, perfect for long distance travel.
Photon Projector:

“Everything by design.”
After the loss of her left arm, Parel by the help of her Father, Zarata, was able to construct her an artificial Automail limb which she later customised with a device known as the “Photon Projector”. The Photon Projector harnesses limited Light Elemental power from her Mask of Precision and amplifies it to construct material light. She is also able to construct complex shapes and patterns by the use of her right arm to craft and shape the light into the desired geometric objects.
Construction Work:
Using her Photon Projector, Parel Adina is able to materialise Light into solid objects. Dubbed as “Hard Light”, is useful for constructing bridges, towers, buildings, and even works of art. All buildings constructed in this process within and outside of the Capital have an Art SolariDeco style. Parels structures have a unique Geometric design shape unique to her craftmentship.
Cutting Saw / Scientific Notes:
Parel Adinas additional tools are her trusty cutting saw used for, well, cutting raw pre-existing materials for more precise building. The most important tool of her craft is her Scientific notebook where she stores all her accumulated knowledge of Hard Light Technology. Ether from her own work or from the work of other like minded individuals, her notebook is an invaluable piece of scientific literature in Okotan society. Written in old Po-Okotan writting known as Slavium, it is only one the few things she remembers and cherishes of her days with her family. She also always carries it with her in her many tasks around and beyond Okoto.
