BIONICLE: Avokan is a continuation of Bionicle G1. Here’s the summary:
Approximately one year after the Restoration of Spherus Magna, many things have changed. Among them are these: Matoran Universe inhabitants that survived Teridax’s reign migrated to Spherus Magna and began integrating their society into that of the natives, cities were built, the Red Star not only had its return function fixed, but, modified so that Matoran Universe inhabitants can still be revived there without their home universe (on the condition that they died in ways that left a body and their minds were still intact, of course), and Teridax from the Melding Alternate Universe and Miserix (the only surviving Makuta in the prime universe) have been making Rahi to aid society. With all that’s happened in that year, Toa Takanuva finds himself lacking purpose in life. This changes when Tahu and his team ask him to deliver Toa Stones to Matoran of his choosing in preparation for an upcoming evil they fear is coming. That evil turns out to be Ahkmou, who transforms himself into a Toa and willingly lets his moral light be drained, turning him into a Toa of Shadow. Now, it’s up to Takanuva and his new Toa Team to battle Ahkmou’s forces and save Spherus Magna.
